In 2003, the firm obtained a verdict in excess of $40,000,000 in Alexander v CSC, a suit stemming from the death of Bryan Alexander in the Mansfield Boot Camp facility. The Boot Camp was closed following his death. The nurse was prosecuted for criminally negligent homicide.
